DEF partnered with SECU Credit Union and the Centre Branch
of the Wicomico Public Library recently to hold two important
financial literacy events:
Financial
Empowerment Day which helped more than
115 residents learn about credit, identity theft, home ownership,
and budgeting. And the workshop, What's Up With My
Money? a two-evening program attended by
22 local teens.
